Individual Counselling
Whenever you feel you need to talk to someone, we can help. Seeing you on your own can allow you to express what you feel without anyone judging you. Whether you are feeling sad, depressed, unsure of how you are feeling or not sure what to do about a decision you need to make in your life, individual counselling can help you understand what might be happening to you and help you solve some of the difficulties you might be experiencing.
Don’t leave your problems until it is too late.
Relationship Counselling
When a relationship doesn’t go well, it can feel overwhelming. If you are having difficulty, or differences with how you communicate in your relationship, having found out about an affair, dealing with changes in your life, such as a change in financial circumstances, a new job, moving house, or area, all of these can be challenging.
Relationship counselling can help by offering a space to talk, feel heard, and explore how you might resolve your situation. We can also see if there is a way forward, whatever that looks like.
Family Counselling
Every family is different, and there are many reasons for wanting to improve your family relationships. You might be a parent who needs help after a break-up that has affected your family, or need help relating to your children or step-children. You might be a young person worried about your parents splitting up, or need a bit of help dealing with your parents. Or, you might need support to parent teenagers, which can help you and your family through some of the challenges during this difficult period.
When families go through change, it can be challenging learning how to adapt. Family Counselling can help family members support one another through these difficult times, reduce conflict and arguments, and grow stronger as a result.
Young People’s Counselling and Wellbeing Service
Young People’s Counselling is for any young person who is having problems in their life, such as problems at school, issues with parents, feeling sad or anxious, or generally not feeling like themselves.
Young People’s Counselling is about letting you talk about how you feel, separate from school and home and supporting you, in a non-judgmental way, and anything that is said is confidential, unless the counsellor is worried about your safety, to help you get back to enjoying life again.
