Relationship counselling for individuals and couples
Young Peoples Counselling
Family Counselling for one or more members of a family group i.e. mum, step dad, carer, granddad, son etc.
Psychosexual Therapy (sex therapy)
Your initial appointment would be an assessment with one of our counsellors.
Your assessment appointment will last one hour and 5 minutes (15 minutes to complete some paperwork and then 50 minutes with a counsellor), subsequent counselling appointments last 50 minutes.
If you choose to come by yourself for the assessment appointment but then decide you would like on-going counselling with your partner, then your partner would also need to have an assessment before you could start counselling sessions together.
Depending on your availability we can usually book your assessment appointment within a week to 10 days.
Following your assessment you will be given a Return for Counselling form to complete with your availability for on-going counselling, once you have returned this form we will then enter your details on to our waiting list.
Your on-going appointments will be at the same time on the same day with the same counsellor **please note this may not be the counsellor who you see for your assessment appointment.
